Exploring the Path to Emotional Awareness and Self-Regulation
This Winter/Spring Semester program is a 12-week program designed for a small group of learners ages 8-12. Based on the Zones of Regulation® curriculum, the in-person program offers a fun and practical way to build emotional confidence and self-regulation skills.

Schedule: Tuesdays, 6:00–6:55 p.m.

What Participants Will Learn:

Recognize and understand emotions and energy levels using four color-coded "zones."

Explore tools and strategies to stay calm, focused, and ready to handle life’s challenges.

Build self-awareness, emotional confidence, and social skills in a supportive environment.

The program is welcoming to neurodivergent learners, with adaptable tools to suit different learning styles. However, it may not be suitable for individuals requiring a higher level of supervision or support with behaviors like elopement or frequent verbal or physical aggression.
