Think of it as a sampler! The Summer Mini Zones Academy gives elementary students a fun, 4-week peek into the Zones of Regulation. Kids in grades 2-5 will explore key concepts, practice useful strategies, and walk away with real tools — all in a relaxed, summer-friendly setting.

Summer Program Details

                                  🗓️ Schedule: Wednesdays, 7:00 - 7:55 pm
                                  📅 Session Dates: Session 1  from 6/24/26 - 7/15/26  -OR-  Session 2 from 7/29/26 - 8/19/26

                                  ⏱️ Duration: 55 minutes per session, 1 time per week
                                  📍 Location: Inside Out Learners, 1220 Executive Blvd., Suite 109, Chesapeake, VA 23320

                                  🤝 Cost: $210 (Invoices are sent once a minimum of 4 participants is confirmed.)

• Explore tools and strategies to stay calm, focused, and ready to handle life’s challenges.

• Build self-awareness, emotional confidence, and authentic connections in a supportive environment.

The program is welcoming to neurodivergent learners, with adaptable tools to suit different learning styles. However, it may not be suitable for individuals requiring a higher level of supervision or support with behaviors like elopement or frequent verbal or physical aggression.​
