This Fall Semester program is a 12-week program designed for a small group of learners ages 8-12. Based on the Zones of Regulation® curriculum, the in-person program offers a fun and practical way to build emotional confidence and self-regulation skills.

   🗓️ Schedule: Mondays, 6:00–6:55 p.m.
   📅 Dates: 9/15/25 - 12/8/25

   🌟 Did You Miss One? Makeup Date is 12/15/25  

   ⏱️ Duration: 55 minutes per session, 1 time per week
   📍 Location: Inside Out Learners, 1220 Executive Blvd., Suite 109, Chesapeake, VA 23320

• Recognize and understand emotions and energy levels using four color-coded "zones."

• Explore tools and strategies to stay calm, focused, and ready to handle life’s challenges.

• Build self-awareness, emotional confidence, and social skills in a supportive environment.

The program is welcoming to neurodivergent learners, with adaptable tools to suit different learning styles. However, it may not be suitable for individuals requiring a higher level of supervision or support with behaviors like elopement or frequent verbal or physical aggression.
