Exploring the Path to Emotional Awareness and Self-Regulation
This Summer Semester program is a 9-week program designed for a small group of learners ages 8-12. Based on the Zones of Regulation® curriculum, the in-person program offers a fun and practical way to build emotional confidence and self-regulation skills.
Program Details:
📅 Schedule: Tuesdays, 6:00–6:55 p.m.
📆 Dates: June 24th – August 19th
⏱️ Duration: 9 weeks, 55 minutes per session
📍 Location: Inside Out Learners
What Participants Will Learn:

Recognize and understand emotions and energy levels using four color-coded "zones."

Explore tools and strategies to stay calm, focused, and ready to handle life’s challenges.

Build self-awareness, emotional confidence, and social skills in a supportive environment.
